End-of-line palletizing needed higher throughput, fewer manual touches, and dependable operation across SKU changes.
Solution Gizelis Robotics deployed the Cell Pal Dual palletizing cell with two pallet positions so one pallet can be swapped while the robot continues building the other. The cell uses a Yaskawa PL80 robot with a pneumatic/vacuum box gripper, HMI with palletizing recipes, roller infeed, safety curtains/fencing, and a compact steel base for easy relocation between lines.
